From an eight person Pig Roast to booking our entire restaurant, here's some information to get started:

MENU
IIn terms of menus, a guest booking a private function has 3 choices:

1. a 3-course menu with 3 choices for appetizers, 3 choices for entrees and 3 choices for dessert.
• The cost for this menu is $75.00 per person
• The choice of dishes will be determined by the guest and Hearth Restaurant.-accommodations will absolutely be made for vegetarians and guests with allergies.

2. A 4-course set tasting menu (including 3 savory and 1 sweet course) is $85.00.

3. A 5-course set tasting menu (including 4 savory and 1 sweet course) is $95.00

• New York State sales tax of 8.875% will be added to each check -a service charge of 20% will be added to each check (18% for staff gratuity; 2% for a booker's fee)
• All menus include coffee and tea (but exclude espresso or cappuccino).
• All other beverages (wine, spirits, mineral water) will be charged on consumption.

SEATING
Our Private Dining Room is available to host parties of up to 28 guests.

• For parties of 19 or less, there is a food and beverage minimum of $2500.00 on a Sunday-Thursday night to reserve the entire room.
• For a group of 20 or more, there is no food and beverage minimum on a Sunday-Thursday night.
• On Friday and Saturday nights, there is a food and beverage minimum for all parties of $3500.00
• Semi-private dining options also available.

DEPOSIT
• A $500.00 deposit is required.
• It will be applied to the check on the night of the party.
• A deposit will be refunded for events cancelled 14 days prior to the scheduled date.
• Deposits for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the date of the event can be applied to a future event.

NUMBER OF GUESTS
• We require a final count of guests 48 hours before the event
• If the number decreases within the 48 hours, the contracted amount will be charged.

BOOKING THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT
• The restaurant can be booked out for a large function; 70 guests is the maximum capacity for the space.
• Cost: Sunday-Thursday: $13,500.00 flat rate; Friday-Saturday: $22,000.00 flat rate.
• The flat rate includes ALL food and beverage -tax and service charges are not included in this price. A $5000.00 deposit is required to reserve the space.
• If the party is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled date, the deposit is forfeited but can be used for a future event.
• Menu will be 4 courses (choice of 2 apps, 1 mid course, choice of 2 entrees & choice of 2 desserts)
• Open bar will run the duration of the event
• Hearth will work in consultation with the guests to select wine pairings for each course

LUNCH
(Hearth is not open for lunch on the weekdays but will certainly accommodate private parties)
• 3 course menu with two choices per course
• $50 per person (not including tax and service charge)
• All beverages on consumption -Mon-Fri: minimum $1,000 food & beverage and guests must be out by 4 pm.
• Sat & Sun: minimum $4,000 food & beverage and guests must be out by 4 pm.

PIG ROAST
8 people minimum $85/person 4 courses
* Salad * Pasta * Pig * Dessert

Please note, even though our middle dining room is completely separate from the remainder of the restaurant, it is considered semi-private as there’s no door closing it off.
